Brady Harris

Brady graduated from the University of Utah with a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Global Enterprise. Over the past two decades, he has built a career as a seasoned operator, investor, and board advisor across Payments, FinTech, SaaS, and tech-enabled services. Brady has led multiple successful exits and is recognized for turning growth-stage companies into scalable, high-performing organizations that deliver exceptional investor returns.

He has served as CEO of several sponsor-backed companies, including IXOPAY, a global B2B payments platform backed by K1, and Dwolla, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Foundry Group, and Union Square Ventures. At both, he led transformative growth, international expansion, and major M&A integrations. Before that, as President of Payroc (Parthenon Capital–backed), he helped engineer a successful exit and lay the foundation for its global scale. Earlier in his career, Brady scaled Eliot Management Group from $2M to over $130M in revenue, leading to a successful exit to OTPP. Over his career, he has executed more than 14 acquisitions, representing over $4B in aggregate enterprise value.

In addition to his operating roles, Brady advises several leading private equity and venture firms, including Advent International, Long Ridge Equity Partners, and True Wind Capital, helping portfolio companies accelerate growth and prepare for successful exits. He also serves on multiple boards, guiding founders and executives on strategy, execution, and capital efficiency.
