Thomas Wilkinson
Tom graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. While in college, he joined Vivint, where he quickly advanced to become a regional manager, leading multiple sales teams and contributing to the company’s multibillion-dollar exit. Since 2015, Tom has built a career as a serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor with deep operating and go-to-market experience. He’s been instrumental in launching and scaling several successful startups, including companies in health technology, neuroscience, and education technology—many originating from BYU’s innovation ecosystem. Tom is an early investor and advisor to Monovo, a fast-growing health-tech company where he served as Head of Revenue and now sits on the board. He also played a founding role in SignGlasses, helping secure BYU-developed core technology and guiding the company from inception to commercial scale. As a co-founder of NeuroNova, Tom helped bring a non-pharmacological neuromodulation platform from research to market traction in just a few months. Today, Tom leads Ollin Ventures’ efforts in fundraising and portfolio support, leveraging a national network of founders, investors, and operators to help early-stage companies accelerate growth and scale sustainably.
